Performance Pathway
I used to run their marketing, and now I'm building their new website. Parents tap their child's age and it points them to the right session, from the club's teams to 1-to-1 coaching.

Frankincense was once worth its weight in gold. I'm Prejith, and I build websites with the same idea: they look a million quid, and they're built to get your phone ringing with paying customers.
That's a tear of Hojari, the top grade of Omani frankincense, drawn in code. Move your cursor through it, click it, or hold it down. Drag, tap or hold it.
The lowest grade of frankincense
Dark and full of bark. On the web, that's a free template with your logo on it, last touched in 2019.
Third best
Looks fine from across the room. On the web, that's a site that works on a laptop and falls apart on a phone.
Second best
Good resin, one step off the top. On the web, that's a decent site with the phone number hiding in the footer like it owes someone money.
The very best
Pale and slow to burn, from the mountains of Dhofar. On the web, it's the only grade I make.
Swipe to go up a grade.
Tick what's true. Whatever it scores, it stays between us.
Shaabi
is your website's grade.
The lowest grade. It stays between us, and it's very fixable.
Get me to HojariType your business name, pick what you do and what you need, and watch a homepage put itself together. Or press Surprise me if you're feeling brave.
You'll have my WhatsApp. And I actually answer it.
Same day in UK hours. If something breaks on a Friday night, I'm the one fixing it, and I'll tell you when it's sorted.
Hiring a web designer usually means paying first and hoping for the best. I'd rather take that risk myself, so I've put it in writing.
A mock-up of your own homepage in 48 hours, with your name and your real reviews on it. If you don't love it, you walk away and owe nothing.
Every site I build scores 90 or more for speed on Google's own mobile test. If yours ever drops below that, you don't pay that month.
Send a WhatsApp with a new price, photo or opening time. It's live within 48 hours. Miss it, and you don't pay that month.
I started in marketing and now work in product and operations. The marketer builds your site to bring customers in. The operator makes sure it suits how your day actually runs, so bookings don't clash and prices are easy to change.
Whoever you chat to on the first call builds your site and fixes it at 9pm on a Sunday if he has to. That's me, by the way.
Your domain is registered in your name, and your words and photos belong to you. If you ever leave, they come with you, and I'll help you pack.
Don't take my word for it.
Run Google's own speed and quality test on this website, right now, on your phone. Bear in mind it has a 3D frankincense tear in it. Yours won't, so it'll be quicker.
Test this site with GoogleTwo sites I've built and one I'm building now. The fourth one's yours.

I used to run their marketing, and now I'm building their new website. Parents tap their child's age and it points them to the right session, from the club's teams to 1-to-1 coaching.

A fan site for Avengers: Doomsday, built as Doctor Doom's own computer. Spin a 3D planet of 30 characters and listen to a soundtrack I composed in code. Nobody asked for it. I made it anyway.

Where I write about my day job in demand planning and procurement. It has a few small interactive exercises that walk through how I make decisions at work.
Tell me about your business and I'll mock up your homepage before you pay a penny. Don't like it? You've lost five minutes and gained a free opinion.
Performance Pathway, in progress
Performance Pathway runs MatchDay Pumas FC, a youth football club in Bury St Edmunds, plus 1-to-1 coaching, group sessions and kids' parties. I was their Head of Marketing and Strategy, and now I'm building their new website.

Every website comes with all four. Each card is a working demo, so have a go.
Most people find you on a phone, usually with one hand and half their attention. So every page is designed for a thumb first. Pick a business and see it.
Call, WhatsApp or book without hunting for a button. Try booking a slot. It's pretend, but it's free.
New prices, new hours, a new menu? Message me and it's live within 48 hours. As many small changes as you like, all included.
Your homepage mock-up lands within 48 hours. Once I have your words and photos, the whole site is live within five days.
Loyalty cards, booking systems, customer portals, and small tools that save you an hour a day. They work on any phone and save to the home screen like a normal app.
Every app is different, so I price them after a 15-minute call. Proper App Store apps are possible too. They take longer, and most businesses don't need one. I'll tell you if you do.

Founding offer. I'm taking on my first 10 businesses at these prices, locked in for as long as you stay.
No setup fee and no long contract. Stay three months, then cancel whenever you like. Not happy in your first 30 days? You get your money back. In Oman or the Gulf? I'll quote you in rials or dirhams.

You get a mock-up of your own homepage, with your name and your real reviews on it. Love it and we carry on. Don't, and you owe me nothing.
I write the words with you and build every page. You're live within five days of sending your photos, with your Google profile sorted too.
Every month I make your changes, keep the site fast and safe, and send you a short report in plain English. You can WhatsApp me any time.
Every colour on this site comes from frankincense or the place it grows in Oman. Hover over one.
The charcoal in an Omani incense burner. It's the background, so your work is the brightest thing on the screen.
The colour of a top-grade tear, pale with a hint of green. It's the standard everything here is held to.
What resin looks like held up to the light. I use it for anything you can press.
Lower-grade resin, warmer and rougher. It turns up for contrast, the way Shaabi does in the grades.
The pale ground the trees grow out of. It's behind the pages you read, because it's easier on the eyes than bright white.
Every summer the monsoon turns Dhofar green for a few weeks. It turns up here now and then, like a good surprise.
Kerala is where my family's from, Muscat is where I grew up, and the UK is where I studied and worked. So when someone asks where I'm from, the honest answer takes a minute. I'm Indian, and Oman is home.
Hojari is the best frankincense in the world, and it only grows in Oman. I wanted a name that came from home, and a standard I'd have to live up to every time.
I started in marketing, with an MSc in International Marketing from Coventry, a CMI Level 7, and a spell as Head of Marketing and Strategy at Performance Pathway. These days I work in product and operations: suppliers, stock, pricing and the systems that keep a business running.
The marketer in me builds every page to get someone to call you. The operator in me makes sure the site fits how you actually work: bookings that match your capacity, prices that are easy to change, and answers to the questions your phone rings with all day.
Straight talking and quick to reply. If your website is already good, I'll say so. If it isn't, I'll tell you nicely and then fix it. I'll probably make you laugh at least once on the first call, too.
Everything people usually ask before they hire a web designer, answered straight.
No. On Silver and Royal Green you pay monthly from the day your site goes live. Signature is a one-off build, paid in full or in three interest-free payments.
Everything on the plan is included: design, words, hosting, security, backups, your domain and email for the first year, and unlimited small changes. The only extra is your domain renewal after year one, usually £10 to £20 a year.
Nothing long. Stay three months, then cancel whenever you like with 30 days' notice. Pay yearly and you get two months free.
Not for founding clients. If you're one of my first ten businesses, your price stays the same for as long as you're with me.
I'm starting out and building my first ten case studies, so the founding price is lower than it will be later. You get the same work, at a better price, for being early.
You see your own homepage before you pay a penny. And if you're not happy in your first 30 days after launch, I'll refund you.
By card or bank transfer, monthly or yearly. You get a proper invoice for every payment.
Your homepage mock-up arrives within 48 hours. Once I have your words and photos, the whole site is live within five days.
A 30-minute chat, your logo if you have one, a few photos and your prices or services. I'll handle the rest, including writing the words.
I do, from our chat, and you approve every line. It will sound like you on a good day, and nothing like a robot.
No. I'll tell you exactly what to snap on your phone, and fill any gaps with good, properly licensed photos. Signature includes help planning a proper shoot.
We keep going until you are happy with it. Most people need one or two rounds.
Yes. I'll look at it properly first, and if it's already good I'll tell you. I'll move your old content across for free.
Yes. I connect it for you. You keep your current email address too.
Usually, yes. Fresha, Treatwell, Calendly, Square and most others can be linked or built right into your pages.
Yes, for small shops. A handful of products fits on Royal Green. A bigger shop is a Signature build, and I'll give you a straight price before we start.
Yes. Booking systems, loyalty cards, customer portals and small tools that work on any phone. Proper App Store apps take longer and cost more, and most businesses don't need one.
I set up everything Google looks for: your Google Business Profile, fast pages, the right titles and descriptions, and on Royal Green, pages for the areas you cover. Nobody can honestly promise you first place, and you should run from anyone who does.
You can, but most people just WhatsApp me. Small changes are unlimited and done within 48 hours. If you'd like to update things like opening hours yourself, I can set that up.
Yes. Every site has a secure padlock connection, is kept up to date and is backed up. If anything ever breaks, I fix it.
I write your privacy page for you, and I don't add tracking cookies unless you need them, so most sites don't need an annoying cookie banner.
Yes. Text is readable, colours have proper contrast, and the site works with screen readers and keyboards.
Royal Green includes a short monthly report in plain English: visits, calls, bookings and what I'd change next.
Not as a service. I'll make sure your site is ready for them, and I'm happy to give you honest advice.
Your domain is in your name, and your words and photos are always yours. After 12 months the design is yours too. Leave before that and you can buy it outright, or take your words and photos with you. Signature sites are yours from day one.
Muscat, in Oman, which is home. Your website lives on the internet, so it doesn't mind. I lived in the UK for years and keep UK hours for clients. And yes, I know what a Greggs sausage roll is.
No. Everything happens over a video call, WhatsApp and email.
Your site keeps running on its own, and everything is backed up. I'll always tell you in advance if I'm away, and urgent fixes still get done.
No. I build for UK businesses first, but I live in Muscat, so the Gulf is home turf too. Prices here are in pounds; if you're in Oman, the UAE or nearby, I'll quote in rials or dirhams. I can also build your site in English and Arabic, with the Arabic reading right to left properly rather than just flipped.
You don't have to take my word for it. You see your homepage before paying, there's nothing upfront and you can have your money back in the first 30 days. If anyone's taking a gamble here, it's me.
Tell me a bit about your business. Within 48 hours you'll have a mock-up of your own homepage, with your name and your real reviews on it. It costs nothing, and if it's not for you, just say so. I won't sulk. Much.
