The Hojari terms

These are the terms behind every build, in plain English. Your written agreement says the same thing, with your price and dates filled in, and I sign it.

1. You try it before you pay

Once we agree what you need, I build a working version on a private link and set it up with your business. You use it for seven days. If you want it, you pay and it moves to your own domain. If it isn't for you, you owe nothing: no deposit and no fee.

2. The price is fixed

You get a fixed price in writing before I start. It only changes if you ask for something new, and you'll know that cost before I do it. The build is paid once. You can spread it over three monthly payments at no extra cost.

3. Results, or your build fee back

Before we start, I measure three things: what you spend on software, the hours your team spends on admin, and how long customers wait for a reply. Thirty days after launch I measure them again and show you both sets of numbers. If none of the three has improved, I refund your build fee.

4. When it goes live

Websites and one-week fixes go live within 7 days of your words and photos reaching me. Bigger tools go live within 14 days. If I miss the date, your first month of care is free.

5. Care, and leaving

Care is a fixed monthly fee covering hosting, security, backups, updates, small changes, one improvement a month and a one-page monthly report. The first three months are a minimum. After that it runs month to month, and you can leave any time. If you leave, I hand everything over and help you move it.

6. What you own

Your domain, words, photos and customer data are yours from day one, in your name. The code I write for you becomes yours once the build is paid.

7. Replies and fixes

You deal with me, Prejith, throughout. You'll hear back within 24 hours. Anything that stops your customers booking, buying or getting in touch is fixed first.

8. Founding clients and referrals

Founding clients get 30% off the build in return for an honest review and a short case study once it's live. If you recommend a business and they go ahead, they get 10% off their build and you get a month of care free.

9. What I need from you

Your words, photos, logo and any logins I need, and quick answers when I ask a question. If something on your side holds things up, the live date moves by the same amount.
